Oh no here we go again...

So today Katie announced to us that we have to find out stuff about our past. When she says past, she means where our mum and dad came from and then maybe where their mum and dad came from.

Katie said that she has penciled in something for Term 3 Week 7. The thing we are going to do is a Spring Fling. So on the day, we will have to dress up in a dress or a costume that represents the county that our grandparents came from. We also have to bring a plate of food that comes from the county or that represents that place.

I have no idea where my grandparents come from. So Ancestry.com might need to help me with that or else mum can tell me some information that might help me get an outline on what I might need to create or buy to wear to the great spring fling.

Today we have to start planning our proposal for our Passion Projects.

It was so painful listening to Katie explaining what we had to do. She ran us through the criteria and the success sheet on the IWB (Interactive White Board) then she gave us our sheet. On the sheet were three boxes. One box was the base, then there was a middle box and a top box. 

The bottom box was for our Core Context, eg; Maths, Art, ICT. The middle box was the Macro Context, eg; Painting, Animating. The top box was for the Micro Context, Water Colours, Clay-Mation. 

I am in a group with Briana and Pearl. We are doing Water Colours so our proposal sheet looked like this:
