Hello today at Enrich we were told what we are going to focus on for Concept Curriculum. We are focusing on Patterns and what patterns are and the things that make patterns. Patterns are made up of shapes and colours that are repeated over again. Fibbanarci is a pattern in maths and the Kowhaiwhai panels are patterns as well. Patterns are all around you.

ReplyDeleteI love the wee patterns pictures on this post. I wonder if you looked at our Visual Language criteria whether you would change the writing on this? What you are SAYING is good and interesting and lets me know what you are doing but it is very hard to read....
Can't wait to hear more about what you discover and do with patterns.
